Why Join AASA?
Joining AASA is a positive step to becoming part of a strong industry association working to protect the interest of ambulatory surgery centers in Arkansas.
Advocacy is a key part of our mission. AASA present a unified voice to state legislators, state regulatory agencies and departments, the governor’s office and the congressional delegation.
Education and the need for information are ongoing. Through the AASA’s annual conference, quarterly educational meetings and this website, AASA is working to keep you current on issues affecting your center. This website is a resource for new Medicare/Medicaid regulations, clinical and administrative topics or trends in surgery procedures and patient care.
As a member, your center will be listed in the Member Directory where all pertinent information is easily accessed by the public, vendors and your patients. We will also provide a link to your own website, if you have one. We will even assist you in developing a website for your center.
Networking with industry peers to promote the exchange of information and ideas to for improving the clinical and administrative operations of your center. Affiliation with national associations focused on promoting the ASC industry and high standards of professional through certifications, such as, Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC).
